The Construction Industry Training Board
The CITB is an industry training board operating across England, Wales and Scotland. Their work helps the construction industry build skills in the construction workforce.
LABC Warranty’s external technical training courses are now part of the CITB Employer Network, an initiative which provides access to training for employees in the construction industry.
This means employers sending their staff on an LABC Warranty Technical Training course can now enjoy a discount of up to 70% on a booking.
How the discount works
To enjoy this discount, you must first be a member of the CITB and signed up to their Employer Network programme.
During the booking process, inform LABC Warranty that you are a CITB member, and our training team will handle your discount.
LABC Warranty will then recover the difference in our courses prices from CITB’s grants. It’s a simple system and lets you book indispensable training for as little as 30% of its full value.
Courses included
The CITB discount extends to the following courses:
- Building to LABC Warranty Standards
- Introduction to house construction
- Consistency day
- Introduction to timber frame construction
- Low-value scheme risk topics
- LABC Warranty Policy Training
- Beginner's guide to read construction drawings
