Coming soon – Consistency day
Also available soon is a course we’re calling Consistency day, which takes the focus away from defects and instead hones in on the pre-plaster and pre-handover stages.
Learners will take a tour of an active site, guided by an LABC Warranty expert, exploring and analysing good and bad practice seen on sites.
This course aims to equip teams with a full understanding of what LABC Warranty’s Risk Management Surveyors are looking for on your sites, and what to do at the pre-plaster and pre-handover stage of inspections.
