“I have worked in construction sales for the last eleven years doing different roles for manufacturers, warranty providers, and mostly recently the British Board of Agrément, a speciality risk management service.”
What attracted Liam to the warranty industry?
“I have worked in this industry previously, for eleven years, but being able to be a part of some of the fantastic properties and buildings being built every day is pretty awesome.”
What’s the most important part of your work?
“To help the customer we are working with, to listen to what they have to say and find the best possible solution. Being transparent and reliable all helps with gaining the trust of customers, which enables us to build the relationships that make for repeat business.”
What stands out to you about the South West area?
“What stands out is that I cover the best part of the country. There are so many beautiful, scenic places along with endless property development opportunities.”
What are you most looking forward to in 2024?
“I’m looking forward to introducing myself to all the great clients we work with on a daily basis, and building up my pipeline with all the great developments I have already spoken with my clients about.”
Anything on your wish list for this year?
“A holiday to Florida with my family, I went as a kid and I can’t wait to take mine someday.”
Who’s going to win the Premier League?
“Liverpool, obviously, as a fan!”
