Beech Tree Place will bring 92 new homes to Sutton, located in the southern outer regions of London.
The development will bring affordable, net zero-ready homes to the area, as well as spacious apartments purpose-built to house the area’s existing elderly population.
Once completed, the scheme will complement Sutton London Borough Council’s Town Centre Masterplan, bringing biodiversity and traffic flow improvements to the area on top of quality affordable new homes.
“Bugler’s reputation for care, quality and value go before them,” said Julian Roper, Regional Sales Manager for LABC Warranty. “Beech Tree House will join a long list of high-quality developments Bugler has built in London to responsibly expand the availability of affordable and environmentally friendly housing available in the capital.
“LABC Warranty is proud to support them on the Beech Tree development, and to be part of their work to create new homes and new communities.”
Bugler will be assisted by LABC Warranty’s Major Projects Service, a dedicated team that works with builders of high-rise and complex buildings.
Offering specialised support to builders and developers, the Major Projects Service starts at the design stage and carries on their work to the site, working with builders and building control.
