Keekle Meadows is a mixed-style housing development on the outskirts of Keekle, Cumbria, sat alongside the Keekle River just outside the Lake District National Park.
This development earned particularly high praise from the visiting surveyors, who heaped praise on the quality of workmanship and site management in equal amounts.
Particularly focus went to the facilities for inclement weather working, using scaffolding, heating, and tarpaulin covers to let trades carry on work in all conditions.

The Meadows enjoys an enviable location, situated in the leafy village of Sarisbury on the mouth of the river Hamble, just outside of the city of Southampton.
