Their talk focuses on the relationship between housing association or local authorities and their building contractors.

Particular focus will be given to how local authorities can assert demands from their contractors to reputation-enhancing homes on-schedule.

The talk will also feature some of the most common defects in house building, the harm they cause residents, and how they can be avoided.

Where are we at with MMC - I have some unanswered feelings that this area will in a few years be much more seriously taken and its very reminiscent of the pathway MMC took in commercial government procurement directives.

Is there anything else you’re looking forward to about Housing?

Meeting people on the stand, and asking about the future of their company/organisation.
