In addition to our latent defects service, LABC Warranty offers a standalone, no-obligation Early Engagement Consultancy Service. This service de-risks projects long before plans are submitted to the Building Safety Regulator. This collaborative service works closely with your team as early as RIBA Design Stage 2 to de-risk major projects, enabling a seamless transition through design and review, and onto your site.
