This one-day session takes a deep look at the unique technical requirements and problems that come when building basements in new homes.

There are unique risks that make basements a cause for specific concern for warranty - Version 12 of the LABC Warranty Technical Manual expanded the requirements imposed on designers and builders for basements.

This course is an opportunity to bring your staff up to speed on basements from the bottom up.
