Registering with LABC Warranty gives you access to a comprehensive range of structural warranties, alongside LABC Warranty’s industry-leading technical expertise and surveying.
A registration fee must be paid by any builder or developer that wishes to register units for any of LABC Warranty’s structural warranty products.
The initial twelve-month registration fee is £1,200.
The renewal registration fee is tiered thereafter, dependent on the number units registered with LABC Warranty across the following twelve-month period as follows:

As part of the application process, you will be given a Premium Rating. This is determined by your past experience, claims history and other factors.
Your Premium Rating is used to calculate your warranty premiums. As long as you remain registered with us, your rating should improve, resulting in lower premiums.
If you are a builder/developer working on new homes, social homes or private rental properties you will need to register with us.
If you are not already registered with us, simply complete our application form. Once received, we will process your application and issue you with an invoice for your fee payment.
All new applicants will be subject to our assessment process, which will include desktop and face-to-face reviews of your experience, controls on site, qualifications and company structure, which will be used to assess your eligibility for our schemes and, if applicable, set your rating. This will be used to calculate your future premiums.
Once this is completed, along with the acceptance of our Rules of Registration, and any relevant indemnity documents signed, you will receive your Registration Certificate which is valid for 12 months.
Prior to the expiry of your registration, you will receive a renewal notice from us detailing your fee for the next 12 months and including a Statement of Fact allowing you to confirm we hold the correct details on you and your company.
Once we have received your signed, completed Statement of Fact, Indemnities, Acceptance of Rules of Registration and fee payment, we will issue your Registration certificate which is valid for 12 months.
