As a warranty provider we understand your priority is building quality homes on time and on budget.
With a national network of experienced surveyors, we will work closely with you, and alongside your Local Authority Building Control (LABC) team, to help you assess and solve any issues on site. This ensures there are no delays to your build.
Throughout your build you will benefit from the support of a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Service contact, as well as access to our extranet where you can monitor progress and update conditions on your development.
Our technical experts are on hand should you need advice at any time and you will receive a copy of our Technical Manual to provide you with guidance on each stage of the build.
With a warranty from LABC Warranty in place, you are guaranteed technical support, knowledge and peace of mind for the duration of your build.
